INCA Cosmetics first founded as a manufacturer of cosmetic products for both its own brand and third parties, quickly made the decision to diversify or rather complete its core business by focusing on the production of primary cosmetic packaging.
The continuous assiduous research and evolution in the world of cosmetics has allowed it to present itself during the 80's as one of the few suppliers in the world able to produce everything within its facilities, perfectly integrated, offering the customer the finished product.
Continuous investments in machinery and technology, the study of consumer needs and cosmetic trends, the teamwork of professionals, the desire to create products that give beauty, have enabled INCA to affirm its role as a WORLDWIDE KEY PLAYER of cosmetic decors at all levels.
With the new Millennium INCA Cosmetics become indipendent from INCA packaging new headquarter, new facility, new ideas... A fleet of semi-automatic equipments with a high production capacity, high-tech plants to offer a qualitatively refined product, manual moulds to create alternative products and offer the ‘must-have’ of the moment, highly flexible plants to offer the finished product.
In March 2020 a Newco (COSMOW srl fully controlled by Mr. Angelomario Moratti) bought Inca Cosmetici srl with a strong investment full financed by the parent company and at the end of 2022 there was a corporate merger with Inca Cosmetics.
Since 2023 Inca Cosmetici srl is full owned by Alecla7 srl. Alecla7 is a private investment firm that specializes in direct Venture Capital investments with an agnostic approach on companies' sector, stage and geography. For Alecla7 Inca Cosmetics is a long term investment with a clear objective to bring back INCA among the third party manufacturers worldwide key players.
By December 2024, fully operational in the fully NEW headquarters of 4.500 sqm that will allow us to expand and maximize our productivity while respecting our planet. With the new plant, INCA's 5-year plan is to constantly invest in upgrading equipment, but also in managing energy resources more efficiently and in developing employees to constantly upgrade their skills and know-how in order to fulfill their potential.
